Acetaia Terre Nere was born in Modena from the passion for culinary art.

Careful and continuous research, attention to the quality of raw materials and their processing, have always been our company philosophy.

Our history began years ago, in Modena, with the meeting of the founding members: Stefano, Francesco and Luca; born and raised in Modena, they share a passion for food and wine; they come from families who have been producing Traditional Balsamic Vinegar in their attics for generations.

They begin to understand the needs of customers looking for a PGI Balsamic Vinegar with high quality characteristics that can withstand comparison with the traditional product. Together with Massimo, a pioneer in the production of "Denso" PGI Balsamic Vinegar, they began to produce Balsamic Vinegar of Modena from Acetaia Terre Nere, a unique product that fears no comparison.

The passion, the continuous research of the best raw materials available in the territory, the maniacal processing of the materials with long maturation times, allow to obtain a product of the highest level that is not subject to compromises in production that are necessary to enter the large distribution.

Soon the products of Acetaia Terre Nere will become a reference point for catering, distribution and marketing of Balsamic Vinegar and high quality condiments.

Open to innovation but with an unshakable look at tradition, we maintain the highest quality through our research activity aimed at excellence. The continuous research in the MODENA countryside of winemakers who, with equal passion, select the best varieties of Trebbiano grapes and transform them into the best quality ; considering that the variability of the seasons in the vineyard leads to different yields, we carefully check the sugar content of the grapes at the time of harvest, making sure there will be enough after cooking to produce the necessary characteristics for our balsamic vinegar.

Everything at km 0, to bring the best "PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena" to the tables in the best homes, restaurants and hotels at the national and international level. All our products do not contain added sulphites, preservatives, tannins, thickeners, colorants or correctors; each of our products is, in fact, completely natural: wine vinegar, cooked grape juice and the ticking of time are the only ingredients we use; presenting ourselves to our customers with products that are the result of careful professionalism and prepared with the love of a family from Modena.
